Before work starts
If you cancel before we begin work on your service, we refund the full professional fee.
After work starts
Once drafting or filing has started, the professional fee for completed work is non-refundable. We refund any unused portion where possible.
Government fees
Government fees and stamp duty paid on your behalf cannot be refunded, as they are paid directly to the authority.
Rejections
If an application is rejected due to our error, we refile at no extra professional fee.
